Burning Tokens
If you are thinking of minting more tokens, an alternative to burning a token is simply updating its metadata without the need of deleting it.
Currently burning a token is not supported from within Manifold Studio. However if you would like to burn a token you can do so from Etherscan with the steps below.
Burning a token is the process of "deleting" a token from your contract. Be aware that even when you do this, you won't be able to use that token id again (e.g if you burn the token with id number 3 and mint a new token, it will have a token id of number 4, not 3)
Once you have burned a token, it will still appear in Studio. Once burned the artwork cannot be changed, if you would like to change the token artwork, it must be done before sending it to the burn address.

Steps to burn a token

Go to your Manifold Creator contract on Etherscan by clicking on your contract address inside Manifold Studio:
On Etherscan, click on the Contract tab
Next, click on the "Write as Proxy" tab
Click on "Connect to Web3" to connect the wallet that currently owns the contract

If your contract is an ERC-721

Click on the "burn" function, introduce the token id you want to burn (you can see your token id on Manifold Studio or OpenSea) and click on "Write" to execute the transaction.

If your contract is an ERC-1155

Click on the "burn" function, introduce the address holding the tokens, the token id you want to burn (you can see your token id on Manifold Studio or OpenSea), the number tokens you want to burn and click on "Write" to execute the transaction.
Note: For tokens on an 1155 contract, this will reduce the supply once burned.
