Solve Platform Display Issues

Running into issues with the token displaying on platforms?
Please keep in mind that tokens can take up to a few hours for platforms to ingest. If it doesn’t show up after some time, the first thing you want to do is determine what the issue is. Typically issues fall under one of two categories:
1. The token is not displaying on some platforms but displaying on others. If this is the case, it sounds like the token is fine and it’s an issue with the platforms not supporting the file type or size of the artwork. Please ensure the media is supported by the desired platform.
2. There is an issue with the token displaying on all platforms. If this is the case please verify the metadata is correct in Studio.
If your token's metadata isn't displaying properly on mainnet, the first thing to do is ensure the metadata is correct on-chain.
This can be done in multiple ways:
- Click on the 'View metadata' link in Studio to verify the metadata. Here you'll find the arweave link to your token as well
- Click on the 'Manifold Gallery' link in Studio for your to verify the metadata is there
- This can also be done through your contract's Etherscan page. Click on 'Read as Proxy' and enter the 'TokenURI' This will display a link similar to clicking 'View metadata' in Studio

Some Platforms | Tokens aren't displaying on some platforms | If the token isn't displaying on some platforms but working on others, the token has likely been minted properly.

If this doesn’t work after a few retries, reach out to Opensea’s support team. |

We recommend using Etherscan as the source of truth. If you're unsure if tokens have been transferred by looking at the platforms, you can double check on Etherscan.
Open up your contract on Etherscan and type in the wallet of the owner you're trying to verify and enter the ID you're trying to verify.
